Remaining on V18 will create issues for you and your customers in the future. 3CX announced:
- No further Debian 10 Security updates beyond July 2024. Ensure you are behind a firewall and monitor your instance.
- Android PUSH will stop working at the end of 2024.
- Apple PUSH will stop working April 2025.
- No further updates to V18.
