To connect Cal4Care with your LiveAgent call center you simply login to your LiveAgent account and follow the instructions.
Log in to your LiveAgent account
- Navigate to Numbers
- Search for Cal4Care
- Click on add
- Insert requested credentials
And you’re done!
If you have a subscription with Cal4Care, the integration is free of charge.
