Are you a skilled Security Engineer looking to join a growing technology team? In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our cloud infrastructure, applications, and customer data. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to implement robust security controls, ensure compliance, and strengthen our overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Implementation

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP environments).
• Implement security controls across networks, applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Conduct threat modeling and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Manage security monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Perform vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing efforts.
• Conduct secure code reviews and collaborate with development teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Maintain documentation to support audits and security reviews.

Collaboration & Training

• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security throughout the SDLC.
• Provide guidance and security awareness support across teams.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent
  experience).
• 3+ years of experience in security engineering or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, IAM, encryption, firewalls, WAFs, and SIEM tools.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure development practices.

Preferred

• Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+, or similar).
• Experience in SaaS, telecommunications, VoIP, or cloud communications environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
